Good morning Susun,

I have been facinated with your web site. I have been a fan of herbs and have grown many of them. Mostly for the flowers and culinary purposes. I am interested in your classes. I am retired and looking for my next step in education. This being my passion. I hope I can take at least one of you classes. I will be in touch with you further. I have just started an on-line business selling whole food supplements, and many items to support the mind-body-spirit. I love fairies. They came to my wedding.

Dear Susun,

Thank you very much for your article "Fertility over Forty" it is very interesting and informative - herbal solutions are so much better than the man made medications!

I have a blog regarding IVF at www.ivfcost.net and wondered if you would mind if I post your article to the blog for others to share. The blog is number one ranking on both Google and Yahoo.

Best regards,Sue

Hello susun,

I write to you to inquire about your shamanic apprenticeship. You were actually the very first herbalist I learned from, though I am sure you dont know me. I have been interested in apprenticing for some time, and feel a certain attraction towards your teaching, and I feel that I should begin this journey as soon as possible. I have put it off too long. …This is somethign I want terribly, but I need to know what I have to prepare myself for. I hate to ask about such mundane things but unfortunately, that is my life currently. I do hope to hear from you.

thank you.-kelly-

Susun-

Thank you for all your wonderful books and weblinks ect.

I grew up in an herbalist family and although much of it to me is an "oh I remember that" kind of moment when I read your work.

For me, it's not about learning a new skill, but confirming and validating old knowledge

- Marie

Hello Wise,

SUre will, love your books and site.

Barb

I have been reading your literature for many years…

Thanks so much,

Valerie

Hi Susun,

I'm 24 and interested in learning as much as possible about natural methods of birth control. I read your wonderful article online about different herbs to use…

All the best,
Margaret

… her advise on metamorphosis has left me more content and peaceful. My thanks, and I look forward to a good read when I get the book.

Sara

Susun,

I have been attending the women's circle with Donna
for three and a half years. When I expressed that I wanted to learn
much more about herbology, she suggested that I contact your center. I
heard your interview and I am very impressed with what you have to
say. I will be enrolling for the whole enchilada this Friday.

I am looking forward to having your information and getting started. I
could do it month by month but I do not want to wait so long to
understand more about it all. I would love to attend one of your
apprentice programs but the distance is a bit prohibitive for this
year. I hope to attend next year.

Thank you for putting together such a great program at an affordable
cost.

Sincerely,
Martha

Hello Wise woman,

I am a big fan! Funny I've had your wonderful book "The Child Bearing Year- in my basement for 3 years or so and can't remeber where it came from! I wish I had found it there 2 years ago when I had my daughter Zuleica. …

Reading your book I realize that there is a lot one can do with herbs for a stalled labor, and to have prevented it. I feel much better armed with knowledge this time around! ~Thanks to you.

I've bought a lot of the herbs you suggest in your book…
Lovin You~

Hello Susun Weed,

My name is Candice , I am a intrigued, to say the least, by your Wise Woman Center. I have been reading through your site and I really would like to come down for a visit to check it out…

Candice

Hello,

I just want to express my extreme gratitude and admiration for the fact that you have the courage and strength in the goddess to print the emmenagogue formula as you did in your Wise woman herbal for the childbearing year. I have been told over and over again by "traditional herbalists" in the herbalist community here where I live that this knowledge is too dangerous and too unknown to be utilized by today's herbal community. I was aggressively reprimanded by an herbalist (with much more experience than me for sure) for even asking about it. I feel that this attitude is anti-feminist and that this knowledge is neither lost nor undeserved to today's women. When I brought up the formula you printed, which I have used successfully, I was told that tansy and pennyroyal were both too potent to be used internally. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Goddess bless you!

Truly,
Raina

Susun and friends...

just read Susun's March ezine, which was very good, as always. Remembered my menopausal challenges, having some uterine fibroids that caused some pretty good pain during periods and heavy bleeding. Used several of Susun's herbal remedies and went to an herbalist who upped my herbs quite a bit with a tincture made by a shaman in Belize. This all worked to help me avoid invasive procedures, including no surgery. Here I am 7 years later and am just fine post-menopausal. If the fibroids are still there, there are no symptoms. Attending Susun's talks at one of her fall appearances helped even more because it connected me to other holistic practitioners, including the Colorado herbalist who dispensed the shaman's tincture.

Thanks, wise woman Susun!
Emily/Colorado

Your books have saved me and my clients from medical intervention more than a million times.

Hello,
love your site, and I really have started to appreciate women and
what they have brought to this world. Thanks to you and all women out there
that give of themselves…

Enjoy life, Magga

Hi,

I am 4 years postmenopausal now. I was experiencing painful and very dry vagina during intercourse. I have Susun's Menopausal Years which is been very helpful. I had tried Replens and it didn't really help much, so I tried the motherwort tincture, about 15-25 drops daily and it's worked very well. I also use a lubricant made from plaintain leaves, Marshallow Root and Calendula. …They have saved my sex life.

Thanks for the help.
Mindy

I love reading your newsletters. They're almost as good as meditation. Recently, we bought a log cabin on about 50 acres upstate NY, (soutwest NY). Whenever I go there, I think of you and feel like we're neighbors...even though I'm nowhere near Woodstock. I hope to be able to come to one of your workshops one day. In the meantime, thanks for your informative, calming emails!!

Diana in NJ.

I get on your website and have read one of your books, New Menopausal Years. Keep it as a reference as I live near an organic herb farm here in Oregon and I make infusions, tea, tinctures and tonics. I have tell you how great your infromation is, thanks for sharing.

Once again, thanks for sharing your wisdom.
Diane in southern Oregon

Dear Susun,
I came across your website a couple of years ago and must say, I have been hooked ever since! I love your insight, depth, and ability to examine issues and "treatments" from all angles. My copy of New Menopausal Years has been all over the country with me, shared with family & friends, and read over & over. Thank you!

Currently I am creating a class with accompanying text to educate and enlighten women about menopause. I am a Registered Nurse, though thoroughly disillusioned with the US heath care system, a nurse educator, certified childbirth educator, and labor support specialist, with a passion for women's empowerment, health, & education. This class would be available to any woman, whether preparing for or just beginning her menopausal transition, well along the path, or in her post-menopausaI years.

I would love to utilize portions of New Menopausal Years and information from the Wise Woman website in this text, of course providing the appropriate references.
Additionally, I'd like to find out if there is a special rate to order New Menopausal Years in bulk. If possible, I'd like to provide a copy as part of the class materials, as I feel your book is one that every woman should have for herself.

I anticipate completing the text and being ready to begin class presentation in the Fall/Winter of 2009.

Thank you for your time & consideration. I look forward to your response.
Jane

Hi Susun…I often think of you and what an inspiration you have been to me since the very first time I bought The Wisewoman Herbal for the Childbearing Year. I signed up for your e-newsletter and enjoy keeping in touch with you through that and reading about the wonderful courses that you are doing. I did notice that you were in Toronto recently but I had something scheduled that weekend that I could not get out of. I was just reading about your new 7 Rivers course and am very interested and would like to take it…my only concern is what the time commitment is since I am limited for time!? truly hope that you are well and I look forward to seeing you soon hopefully!

Infinite blessings,
Michelle
